For more than a decade, I partnered with HR vendors. I worked with them to develop training content, implement a new LMS platform, and deliver presentations for large audiences.
Sometimes those partnerships were amazing. The vendor “got” me and my organization. They delivered what was promised. Often, I felt as if I’d found a new friend.
Other times…not so much.
With this brief survey, I hope to capture anonymous insights and advice I can share with HR vendors. My goal is to gather the good, the bad, and the ugly to pave the way for more good and less ugly.
